Custom or personalized items are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, they are not eligible for any return or cancellation once production has started.

This includes items made according to a specific request, personalized design, custom character, custom pose, custom size, or any other individual specifications.

However, if a custom or personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the situation.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 10 days after receiving it, as long as the item is eligible for return.

To be accepted, returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed by providing a cupon of the same value.
